<![CDATA[Planning can be defined as determining the actions that will be carried out in the future with the aim of achieving what is desired. Planning is often arranged to solve a certain problem at a certain time. Planning is a continuous process, covering two aspects, namely the formulation of the plan and its implementation. Development is a process of implementing activities to make a better change as an application of a predetermined planning process. In the Cianjur Regency RPJMD 2011-2016, it is explained that the policy on public works is directed at road and bridge infrastructure programs, irrigation, water resources, building construction and rural infrastructure development. In accordance with the context of the problem to be studied, this research focuses more on road infrastructure based on tourism in South Cianjur which is expected to increase the purchasing power and welfare of the community, especially those in South Cianjur. This research uses qualitative research. A qualitative approach was chosen because it can be used to reveal and understand something behind a phenomenon that is not yet known or a phenomenon that is little known. The results showed that the implementation of the Cianjur Regency RPJMD policy was deemed not implemented properly, it was proven that good road conditions were around 36.35% and the rest was 64.65%.]]>

<![CDATA[In essence, employees are trusted colleagues and are expected to be able to provide new ideas and ideas that are needed by the company. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the leadership of the PT. Fajar Makassar Television (FAJAR TV). To achieve this goal, the researcher determined 5 (five) informants with the type of research and the approach used was descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results showed that, the leadership of PT. Fajar Makassar Televisi (FAJAR TV) has implemented its situational leadership well, with the involvement of the leader in determining and assigning tasks to employees that have been running optimally, implementing relationship behavior with employees well, and the attitude of the leadership in responding to the readiness of followers effectively. So the application of the leadership of the PT. Fajar Makassar Televisi (FAJAR TV) has been running effectively.]]>

<![CDATA[The influence of extracurricular activities on character building of students at SMPN 22 Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of extracurricular activities on the formation of student characters at SMPN 22 Makassar. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 505 students. The sample used in this study was 15 percent or 71 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire techniques (questionnaire), interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the extracurricular activities of the students at SMPN 22 Makassar were in the quite good category with a percentage level of 56.88 percent which was seen from the indicators of krida and training/talent/achievement indicators and for the character of the students in the good category with a percentage level of 78.38 percent which was reviewed from indicators of a religious character, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic and responsible. Based on the product-moment correlation analysis, it was stated that there was a relationship between extracurricular activities and the character-building of students in the medium category. The results of the simple regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of extracurricular activities on the character building of students of SMP Negeri 22 Makassar]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative burden on profitability at the Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) of Higher Education in Makassar City. The population of this research is all KPRI Universities in Makassar City, while the sample in this study is KPRI Universities in Makassar City which have financial reports for the last five years (2015-2019). Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis techniques, correlation coefficient, and t-test. The results showed that an increase in the cooperative burden on the KPRI of Higher Education in Makassar City would result in a decrease in profitability at the KPRI. Vice versa, if the burden of cooperatives has decreased, the profitability of the KPRI of Higher Education in Makassar City will increase. This can occur because the operating expense is one of the deductions from the income in the KPRI to generate SHU. So that if the cooperative load is in a small amount, the resulting SHU is quite large.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. <![CDATA[Implementation of the policies of the Tourism and Culture Office of Sinjai Regency in the development of the Tongke-Tongke Mangrove Forest, several policies are less effective and efficient so that the Tongke-Tongke Mangrove Forest, especially infrastructure. Based on data from the tourism office in the RIPPARKAB of Sinjai Regency, the development of the Tongke-Tongke mangrove debt has been included in the list of tourism development objects in Sinjai Regency. The main formulation of this research is how to implement the Tongke-Tongke Mangrove Debt development program carried out by the tourism office. This research is qualitative descriptive research, this research was conducted through observation, interviews, in-depth, and documentation. And the data analysis technique is done by describing and describing and grouping the data according to the type of data. The results of this study indicate that what has been done by the Tourism Office of Sinjai Regency in optimal tourism development has been carried out according to what has been planned in the RPJMD of the tourism office. In the implementation of tourism development policies, of course, there are still obstacles or obstacles in implementing policies, such as in the recruitment of human resources not by the desired competencies, the lack of budget allocated in the development of Tongke-tongke mangrove forest tourism.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to determine how the effectiveness of the work environment at the Makassar City Public Works Office. The total population in this study was 186 respondents with a sample of 65 respondents using the Probability Sampling technique sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage and distribution analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of the work environment at the Makassar City Public Works Office was classified as effective in terms of the indicators of the working atmosphere classified in the effective category, including clear light or lighting, quiet and quiet sound, safety at work, sufficient temperature to control. affect employee performance. Indicators of relationships with co-workers are classified as very effective, including relationships with co-workers that are harmonious, kinship and without mutual intrigue among co-workers. Work Facilities are categorized as effective including equipment or complete work facilities, one of which supports smooth work.]]>

<![CDATA[HDI is an indicator used to see development progress in the long term. The purpose of this study is to see and analyze how effective the policies are to increase the Human Development Index in Bone Regency by the Bone Regency government and then to provide alternative policy recommendations to the Bone Regency regional government. The type of research method used by the researcher is the descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at the BAPPEDA office in Bone Regency. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Policy Context is deemed to have been by the problems being faced. existing policies contain things that can solve the problem to be solved. However, in its implementation, the indicators for the preparation of HDI in Bone Regency are still lagging behind other regencies/cities in South Sulawesi, Bone Regency's HDI is still ranked 23rd out of 24 city districts. but the increase is not as big and fast as other districts. Therefore, the Bone Regency government feels it is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the policies that have been issued.]]>

<![CDATA[Objective. Gross mode, the work climate has been studied as an area inherent in leadership. In the case of the one that is distinguished by its communication and vertical motivation, the work environment has been addressed as a determinant of flexibility in terms of conditions, salaries and benefits. In this regard, the objective of this paper has been to explore the dimensions of climate and labor flexibility in order to establish the dependency relationships between its indicators. Methodology. A non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational study was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample selection of 300 employees from central Mexico. Results and conclusions. The labor climate determines the flexibility, although the most recent literature warns that rather the climate mediates the relationship between the flexibility policies on staff turnover, the informal salary and the absence of benefits. Research lines are recommended concerning the incidence of leadership styles in the variables in question.]]>
